The RBC renovation consisted of two floor large-scale renovation with a work area of 12,290 SF on the main ground level and 11,303 SF on the second floor. This overall large-scale renovation was identified as “One RBC: as it encompassed multiple lies of business within RBC. The ground floor consists of retail branch, offices and meeting rooms for a Commercial Centre. The second floor is comprised of a variety of different sized meeting rooms and open workstations for Private Banking, Financial Planning and Regional Office staff.

The project included construction of 36 Client Meeting Rooms with multiple AV set ups, large 40 person training room, team workspace, two staff lounges, 2 Wet Servery spaces for client entertainment, 3 Leadership Offices, several Phone booths and Touchdown rooms for staff use and client engagement.

The project was completed over 3 phases from October 2022 to May 2023.

The overall design incorporated many high end finishes and details for a truly unique look.
